Every client can contact us via our helpdesk for their requests, this just by clicking on 'Submit ':
When a new request has been submitted, we will receive this request in form of a ticket with a reference number. This reference number will be send to you in the reception-mail you receive in your mailbox.
Tip: Adding additional information, like
- Building number (32-XXX-XXXX)
- Building address
- Apartment number
- Serial number of meter
- Pictures / files
- ...
to your request, makes it possible for us to start right away on the subject.
