ista-WebAPI registration

In order to work with ista-WebAPI, ista needs to create a login/password pair in order to allow your software to connect to the ista-Authentication API (See Authentication).

You need to provide

1. The Property administrator reference of the properties you would like to access
   (Either administrator identifier ( 8 digit number number starting with a '8' appearing on Invoice and billing documents) or at least the reference of a property (ista number (32-zzz-nnnn) or address)
   
   
2. The properties numbers (32-zzz-nnnn)  you need to access
   This number appears on billing document (or at least property address)
   
   
3. If your are not the property manager we need the property manager written agreement to access the data from this person or company.
